Who is Alen

The thinking guy

This blog and the sourrounding web site is being edited by the guy from the picture.

His name is Alen Gojčeta and he likes to claim that he is an out-of-the-box thinker, an expert on CRM topics, experienced sales manager and a fellow that combines skills of a consultant, an engineer and a marketing manager.

Alen Gojčeta is author of a dozen of professional articles in leading Croatian business magazines, mostly about marketing strategies, especially CRM and the supporting technology. During his consultative engagements, he was involved directly in creating solutions to specific customer facing problems in leading banking, insurance and communications industry. Alen is active teacher and speaker on conferences, educational programs and academic lectures on the subject of CRM and related business and marketing strategies.
